Pricing, Payment & Orders
We offer genuine factory-level export pricing with no broker markups, giving buyers a significant cost advantage when they choose to import cars from China through us.
We accept Wire Transfer (T/T) to our corporate account and Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) from top-tier banks, ensuring secure and fully compliant transactions.
Standard terms are a 30% deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation, with the 70% balance due prior to vessel loading against original shipping documents.
The minimum order is one vehicle for sample or trial orders. Wholesale car supplier pricing and priority OEM allocation apply to orders of five or more units per model.
Yes. Tiered pricing is available at 5, 10, and 20 or more units. Contact our export desk for a customized quotation based on your fleet or dealer program requirements.
We quote both. FOB gives you full control over freight arrangements. CIF bundles insurance and freight to your destination port for a clear all-in landed cost.
Due to freight and currency fluctuations, quotations are valid for 7 to 14 days from issuance. We recommend confirming orders promptly to lock in the quoted price.
No. Our Proforma Invoice itemizes every cost transparently. Import duties, destination VAT, and local clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are estimated where possible.
Yes. Official Proforma Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and are required for bank wire transfers, letters of credit, and import license applications.

Shipping, Logistics & Documentation
We ship via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) for drivable units and 40ft High Cube containers for secured or mixed loads, selected based on your volume and destination port.
We ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Qingdao, selecting the optimal port based on your trade route and OEM factory location.
Transit times are typically 3 to 6 weeks from the port in China. Africa and the Middle East take 25 to 35 days, Southeast Asia 10 to 20 days, and Latin America 35 to 45 days.
Yes. We handle all China-side export customs, port procedures, and documentation. Destination import clearance is the buyer’s responsibility, handled by their local agent.
Every shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate.
Yes. We offer All-Risk Marine Insurance as an add-on and strongly recommend it for all international vehicle shipments to protect your cargo in transit.
Yes. We specialize in mixed-model container loading, allowing you to combine different vehicle types from China in one cost-efficient shipment.
Yes. We coordinate multimodal logistics through regional hub ports such as Mombasa, Djibouti, and Santos, with onward road or rail transport arranged where needed.
Upon vessel loading, we share the vessel name, voyage number, and Bill of Lading details. Real-time tracking is accessible via maritime platforms throughout transit.
Yes. We accept buyer-nominated freight forwarders and carriers with prior coordination to ensure smooth port handover and complete documentation alignment.
After-Sales, Compliance & Partnerships
We provide OEM warranty coordination, spare parts sourcing, technical documentation, and service network referrals to support your operations well after delivery.
New vehicles carry full OEM warranties, typically 3 to 5 years, honored through authorized service networks in applicable destination countries.

Yes. We facilitate bulk OEM spare parts orders and can include initial spare kits in the same container as your vehicle shipment for convenience and cost savings.
We supply required conformity certificates including GCC, SONCAP, INMETRO, and PVOC. Final in-country registration remains the legal responsibility of the buyer.
